Delivery & lead times
When will I receive my order?
Our products are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from our partner warehouse. Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 business days in Belgium and mainland France.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Bancontact, and PayPal. All transactions are secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@grabeni.com.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return the item if it does not suit you.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?
Write to us at contact@grabeni.com and include the following information:
-your order number,
-the reason for the return.
We will then send you the return instructions.
Are returns free?
Returns are free only in the case of an error or defective product. In all other cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
1) Free returns (our responsibility)
If you receive a product:
-defective,
-damaged,
-or which does not correspond to your order,
Return shipping costs are entirely our responsibility.
We will send you a prepaid return label and arrange the return quickly.
2) Paid returns (other reasons)
If you wish to return a product for a reason that is not our fault, such as:
-change of mind,
-size or model error,
-personal preference,
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You can choose the carrier of your choice.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

When can I get my refund?
The refund is issued within 5 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
It will be applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our textiles are hypoallergenic and OEKO-TEX certified, free from harmful substances, perfect for babies' delicate skin.
How do I care for my bamboo viscose bath apron and bath cape?
To preserve the softness and quality of bamboo viscose, we recommend:
-Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C (gentle or delicate cycle).
-Use a mild detergent, without bleaching agents or fabric softeners (they reduce the absorbency of bamboo).
-Avoid tumble drying or use a very gentle program, as heat can damage bamboo fibers.
-Air dry if possible.
-Do not iron or iron only at low temperature if necessary.
-Wash with similar colors to avoid color bleeding.
